Hi! I'm Kathryn! I am passionate about creating beauty that doesn’t harm our bodies, the planet, or the lives of animals. Helping people feel special is why I do what I do every day.

My specialties include creating easy, low maintenance haircuts that will fall naturally and grow out gracefully, and work with the natural texture of the hair. Curly or straight, my styles require very little work by my clients at home. I specialize in craft haircutting services, like razor haircutting, dry cutting, curly dry cutting, shags, french bobs, pixies and clipper cuts. I am truly passionate about haircutting and no longer accept color clients so I can fully devote my time and education to this craft. Opening Pasha has been a dream come true and our entire team here is truly special!

Abby Winkles / Salon Manager & Educator

Hey everyone! I'm Abby! I moved to Chattanooga in 2013 and could not be happier. Starting from the ground up, I have assisted and learned from some of the best hair stylists in Chattanooga. In my role as Salon Manager at Pasha, I help coach our artists, and assist with day-to-day operations, in addition to working behind the chair. I am also one of our educators here, teaching assistants and my co-workers advanced techniques. I love being creative, meeting amazing people, and making everyone feel confident about themselves. My specialties are all things blonde, lived-in hair, soft & blunt haircuts and dimensional brunettes! Come see me!

Hello, I'm Schae! I've been a licensed hairstylist since 2014 and I couldn't be happier with my career choice! When I'm not at home with my 2 sweet kiddos, you can find me hair-painting my days away behind the chair. As a colorist, I am drawn towards high quality, low maintenance looks that can be customized to every guest (and their lifestyle). Looking for a little more than a color change? I am a certified Laced Extension Artist and offer hand tied extension services! With a passion for hair education, I am also a blonding educator at Pasha and love supporting the success of others through teaching! Can't wait to meet you!

Amberjill Batey / Education Director & Educator

Hello, I'm Amberjill, a neuro-spicy Haircut and Event Styling specialist. As a newer mom, I understand the struggle to balance self care with a busy life. My sessions are designed to promote feeling your best self, restored, and pampered.

I have been growing as a stylist since 2009 and an educator since 2014, and grow more passionate about my craft everyday. I specialize in haircuts that work with your natural texture and grow out beautifully. I also have a knack for incorporating braiding techniques into my event styles. My attention to detail and dedication to collaborate with you each visit allows me to create a custom look to help you feel the most authentic you. Making your experience with me is as unique as you are!

When I am not at the salon I am usually with my husband watching our daughter grow up and making memories. As a former ballet dancer, I enjoy going to performances whenever I can.

Hi, I'm MJ (She/Her)! I’ve been working magic behind the chair since 2019. I love hearing your ideas and inspiration and bringing them to life! Curly hair, low maintenance color, and extensions have truly become my passion. As a fellow curly girl, I know how scary it can be to place your trust in someone new, but with me, you are in good hands. As the Curly Educator here at Pasha, my goal is to help you gain the knowledge and confidence you need to keep your curls fabulous after you leave the salon. In addition to curls, I am also a certified Yours Extension artist. Outside of the salon, you can catch me day drinking with my husband and our precious pup at our favorite hangouts. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!

Abbey Brown

Hi, I'm Abbey! A Nashville native who has been in Chattanooga since 2020, and a stylist since 2012. I specialize in dry cutting techniques & enjoy all types of color services. Basically if you have hair you are welcome in my chair! I have the gift of gab & enjoy getting to know all my clients. I love to meet new people and enjoy conversation. I love going on walks with my pup, Miles, and love all animals. We will most likely laugh during our session and you will know you are in a safe space! Riley Megran

Hey y'all, I'm Riley! (she/her) I've been behind the chair since 2017, and I chose to continue my career at Pasha because I value sustainable living practices and eco-friendly hair.

I love connecting with easy-going folks who enjoy a stylist that has a range of skills. My goal is to accommodate any guest who sits in my chair, regardless of hair texture or color. I'm skilled with natural curls, trending styles, and any form of highlighting. I have years of experience with corrective color work, and love the chemistry of hair color theory used behind the chair. Staying updated on new color and hair cutting techniques is vital, so I subscribe to several educational platforms that make me a better stylist every day.

As a part of the queer community, anyone is welcome and safe in my chair. It's not "just hair", it's the only thing you wear every day, so lets make it a reflection of you!

Melanie Vetter

Hi, I’m Melanie! I was born and raised in Germany. My husband and I moved to the US in 2003. My journey in the hair industry started in 1996 with a three year apprenticeship ( yes, Germans are intense). I have experience working fashion shows, and TV shows. I also competed at the World Championship of Hairstyling in London in 1998. I was a color educator for 4yrs with a major brand.

I will provide an honest and thorough consultation to customize every session e to each individual guest. My passion lies in highlighting, blonding, brunettes, and dimensional color. I love doing precision cutting especially bobs and pixies. One of the techniques I am known for is scissor over comb haircutting. When I’m not in the salon I love to work out, go hiking with my dog Milo and hang out with my two Friesian horses, Jester and Hiro. My cat Felix holds down the fort at home.
