Melanie Vetter
Hi, I'm Melanie! I was born and raised in Germany. My husband and I moved to the US in 2003. My journey in the hair industry started in 1996 with a 3 year apprenticeship (yes, Germans are intense). I have experience working fashion shows, and TV shows. I also competed at the World Championship of Hairstyling in London in 1998. I was a color educator for 4 yrs with a major brand.
I will provide an honest and thorough consultation to customize every session to each individual guest. My passion lies in highlighting, blonding, brunettes, and dimensional color. I love doing precision cutting especially bobs and pixies. One of the techniques I am known for is scissor over comb haircutting. When I'm not in the salon I love to work out with my dog Milo and hang out with my two Friesian horses, Jester and Hiro. My cat Felix holds down the fort at home.

Amy Ballew
Hi, I'm Amy! I'm a born and raised Chattanoogan! I have been enhancing natural beauty behind the chair since 2017. Continuing education is very important to me, so I take advanced classes regularly to stay up to date on the latest trends. I specialize in blonding, lived in dimensional color, and bridal styling. I look forward to enhancing your color with beautiful cuts and styles. If you love dogs, iced coffee, thrifting, and good music I think we would be a great fit! I can't wait to see you in my chair!

Mady Lewis/ Assistant Manager
Hi, I'm Mady! I graduated from cosmetology school in 2019 and have been at Pasha ever since. My goal has always been making people feel good about themselves and creating a safe space for each of my clients. I have found a love for brunettes and creating depth and dimension on natural tones. I am Masters of Balayage certified and always looking to expand my knowledge. I also enjoy doing event styling and bridal hair! In my free time you can find me outside with my pup or spending time with my huge family. If you think we’d be a good fit, come sit in my chair!

Katie Swafford
Hey! My name’s Katie and I’m a Chattanooga native specializing in creative color placement using advanced color theory and the shape of your face and haircut. I always thrived in math and science classes in school, and took my shot at a degree in anthropology after graduating early from high school. While I loved learning about people and all the different walks of life we stem from, a standard classroom setting just wasn’t for me. Being a hairstylist gives me the creative freedom I need to express my love for math and science, while still being able to study and create art. I am a safe space for anyone in the neuro-divergent community and even offer one-on-one sessions one Sunday per month for those with autism or special needs.

Mallorie Johnson
Hi, I'm Mallorie, a lover of cats and making people feel heard!
I'm a Georgia native and have called Chattanooga my home since 2020. I have completed both cosmetology school and Pasha's Apprentice Intensive Program in 2023.
As I continue my education, my goal is for you to feel safe in my chair while also giving you the hair you deserve! My current loves are custom color-blocking looks, all things blonde, lived in/ low maintenance vibes, bobs, 'baby trims', natural textures, blowouts, bangs, truly all of the above. That being said, whether you're looking to extend the life of your color in between appointments, needing to feel comfortable expressing those true feelings about your hair, wanting hair care or styling tips, or maybe you're ready to make a drastic change. I would love to be a part of that journey! When not at the salon you will most likely find me adding to my collection of silly vintage items, listening to Chappell Roan, or binge watching 'That 70's Show' with my cats, Nala and Kipp, and my dog Ocoee (after all, I'm just a girl).

Hi everybody, I'm Hannah! In 2023 I graduated cosmetology school and left my hometown for beautiful Chattanooga. Hair has always been my dream and I couldn't be happier that it's now my reality. My main goal is not only to make you look good, but feel good. I want you to walk out of the salon feeling like you run the world. I've learned so much since joining the Pasha team as an apprentice. As I begin my journey as an official stylist, I want to continue to learn and discover new techniques so I can be my best for y'all, so bring on all the inspo pics!
