To enhance your experience for your upcoming hair or head spa appointment, please take a moment to look over the following.

- You will be double draped for all chemical services, but please refrain from wearing your favorite outfit.
- Please arrive with your hair washed (within the last 48hrs) and dry. With minimal or no hair products and free from any root cover up powder or spray.
Haircut

- Please refrain from wearing clothes with bulky collars that you cannot remove for your session.
-If you would like to help us get a sense of your style, arrive with hair styled how you like to wear it and an outfit that shows your vibe.

- For event styling please arrive with clean/ dry hair with minimal or no products applied.
- Also please wear a button down shirt for event styles.
- For blow-dry styles come as you are we got you!
Head Spa Sessions

- You will be given a towel wrap to change (from waist up) into before your session.
- Head Spa sessions do not include blow dry styling. You can add a 15min rough dry, in spa room, to your service when booking or book a cut or styling session, on salon floor, to follow your session.
Salon Policies
-A credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 50% of the time booked. No shows will be charged 100% of time booked.
-To ensure the salon is a relaxing space for everyone, please use ear buds when watching a video or taking a call on your device.
-Please do not bring children with you if they do not have an appointment. Chemicals, hot tools, and sharp instruments are in use and the salon is not a safe place for unsupervised children.
-TN Cosmetology State Board does not allow pets in TN salons. Please refrain from bringing pets with you. Service animals wearing their working vest are of course welcome.
-If a service you received needs an adjustment please call (423)771-4247 and arrange to come back for the adjustment within 10 days. After 10 days it will be considered a new service and be charged as such.
