For Artists with 3+ years of experience Pasha offers a supportive and creative environment. We prioritize the artists’ work/life balance by offering flexible scheduling and pricing control. We offer regular coaching sessions to ensure a path of growth and fulfillment tailored to your individual goals. There are annual, educational opportunities for the driven artist to participate in. Pasha employs a trained support staff, utilizes the Meevo online booking system, and maintains a beautiful, well-lit space located in the popular North Shore area. Hair artist positions receive competitive, commission-based compensation and retail commission. Artists are expected to provide every guest with the luxury experience we have become known for, and to implement TN state board sanitation practices at your station and throughout the salon. It is also expected at Pasha to use sustainable practices in your work life and to prioritize investing in your continued education annually. Front Desk
Part Time Position
In this position you will facilitate the salon running smoothly. Greet and make sure guests are comfortable & cared for. Manage the booking system, help guests trouble shoot any online booking issues, and will be responsible for the register during your shift. You will help design product displays, assist in guiding clients to the right products recommended by their hair artist, and help answer general questions about products.
